Welcome to First Linden Rentals. By reserving a vehicle through our platform, you agree to the following terms: 1. RENTAL AGREEMENT All rentals require a signed rental agreement at the time of vehicle pickup. Driver must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and secondary form of ID. 2. PAYMENT We accept Cash, Zelle, Card, and Apple Pay. 3. SECURITY DEPOSIT A refundable $500 security deposit is required at the time of pickup. This deposit covers: • Vehicle damage (interior or exterior) beyond normal wear • Smoking in the vehicle ($250 minimum cleaning fee) • Unpaid tolls incurred during the rental period • Traffic tickets and moving violations issued during the rental period The deposit will be refunded in full within 24 hours after the vehicle is returned and has been inspected, provided none of the above have occurred. 4. INSURANCE Basic insurance is included. Optional additional coverage is available at pickup. 5. FUEL POLICY Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. A refueling fee will apply otherwise. 6. LATE RETURNS Returns more than 30 minutes past the agreed time will be charged an additional day at the daily rate. 7. CANCELLATIONS Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit deposit. 8.
